Characteristics of a Good Real Estate Agent

When hiring a real estate agent, it is important to look beyond how they appear on paper and look beyond the flashy words on their resume. Actually get to know a person and their true work ethic. The best way to do this is to see their innovativeness, their personality, their determination and recommendations.

Innovativeness: Using the Internet in order to promote my services, my listed homes and myself.

Personality: I relate to my clients and try to make their dreams come true by doing everything I can to solve their problems.
