Fall Price Reduction Spectacular & Open House Update

Our company, Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel, is having a special event! It is called the Fall Price Reduction Spectacular. The main goal is for sellers to get noticed by prospective buyers in this market. It involves a multimedia advertising campaign using various channels of communication from blogs to facebook to real estate websites. There are also open houses taking place to further promote this effort.

In order for our listings to qualify for this event, they have to meet certain requirements. They have to be reduced by at least 3% and they must be extended through December 31st. Once these are met, we are able to advertise them on the cbweirmanuel.com website among many other areas including of course, this blog entry.

This has officially been going on since September 13 and will continue through November 1st.

So far, the listings partcipating in this spectacular are...

2960 Bloomfield Crossing which was reduced from $549,000 to $499,000

3117 Woodcreek Way which was reduced from $599,900 to $574,900

22129 Hawthorne which was reduced from $89,999 to 74,999

2811 Mackintosh which was reduced from $949,000 to $920,000

1031 Kenilworth which was reduced from $144,900 to $139,500. Being held open on October 4th from 1pm to 4pm.

Also, I had three open houses this weekend that were all mostly successful. I held open 2756 Turtle Lake & 1238 Copperwood which combined together about 14 or 15 people which is pretty good for the current market! 5360 Inkster was held open by one of the agent's in my office who had about 3 or 4 people show up.

Things are moving along and we are excited to see what this fall promotion has to offer.
