Nancy, we have had many realtors throughout the years; no one is in your class, you are the best of the best. Thank you so much.

I have been invested in real estate for many years, knowing many agents. Ms. Browning was the only agent who was able to get results moving a high end property in this very depressed market. She continues a constant service after the sale has been made and is a phenominal agent. A top notch professional in every manner!

Nancy has been in the Real Estate Industry for some time and I have over time as a real estate consultant had the opportunity to work with Nancy on several occasions. I found Nancy to be tireless and dedicated to the task of bringing the transaction (for her client) to furition. I have always found Nacy to be a pleasure to work with and look forward to many future transaction's. She has an inpecable reputation not only with her client's but her peers and colleagues.

“Nancy found just the perfect home on the Lake for my client, one of the most famous NFL Coaches of all time , Steve Mariucci,, his wife Gayle and their 4 children, close to great schools. Nancy in Detroit, and myself in California a referral situation. Nancy was so consistent and reliable with all the documents and closing - no trauma....... just excitement and anticipation!! We all will never forget Nancy! Those who know the NFL, realize the Coaches do not need any more pressure, when moving their families?
Top qualities: Great results, personable & high integrity

Comment from Susan Bullard
Nancy did a great job for us in a very tough real estate market. She kept us up to date with developments and made sure we understood the intricacies of the deal. It was a relief to sell our house in Bloomfield Township since we had moved to Nebraska!
Comment from Grace & Tom Reuter
Mrs. Browning worked tirelessly on our behalf. Mrs. Browning is a realtor of exceptional talent, dedication and motivation. The relocation company assigned to our move, Cartus, Inc. was extremely demanding of Mrs. Browning. Cartus required lengthy bi-weekly reports and numerous phone conferences, all demanding why the house was not selling. Through it all, Mrs. Browning was the consummate professional – knowledgable, organized and always kinda and pleasant despire the never-ending demands. To Tom and me she served as realtor, counselor and friend.
Mrs. Browning was always willing to go the “extra mile,” checking on the house for us as we are living in upstate New York, getting repairs done and even cleaning the house before a showing to make sure it was in excellent condition. Through more than 100 showings and numerous price cuts, Mrs. Browning was always there for us. No matter how many times we called her or sent an e-mail, she always responded promptly.
Mrs. Browning is a professional of the highest caliber and it has been our privilege to work with her and now to have the honor of calling her our friend.
This is a part of a letter that was written to our CEO, Kelly Sweeney.
My Client-First Philosophy There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

Thanksgiving is over but being thankful is not!
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with their family and friends.

thinking is the best way to get through the bad parts and get to the good.
N No nonsense work habits— Staying focused and determined to reach my goals
is my main priority.

S For my staff— Yelena Pliskina, my assistant, and Lee Browning, my loving husband who both help the processes run smoothly.
G My gratitude— I am able to appreciate everything I have been given, my co-workers,
employees, office staff and all the other wonderful people in my life.
I Innovation— All the great new advances with the Internet that have helped
make my job easier.
V Victory— I have been able to sell or lease 30 homes this year and currently have 5 in pending with more to come!
