I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving with their family and friends.
Even though the holiday is over, being thankful for everything in your life should be an ongoing process.
I wanted to share what I included in my November newsletter of the things I am constantly thankful for...
T Thanksgiving Day— where everyone can relax, be comfortable and spend time
with their families.
H Health— It is important for everyone. I have been fortunate enough to be in good health which allows me to work hard.
A My ability to stay positive— During this difficult real estate time, positive
thinking is the best way to get through the bad parts and get to the good.
N No nonsense work habits— Staying focused and determined to reach my goals
is my main priority.
K Keeping fresh— I constantly research market conditions in order to provide my clients with up to date information when buying or selling their homes.
S For my staff— Yelena Pliskina, my assistant, and Lee Browning, my loving husband who both help the processes run smoothly.
G My gratitude— I am able to appreciate everything I have been given, my co-workers,
employees, office staff and all the other wonderful people in my life.
I Innovation— All the great new advances with the Internet that have helped
make my job easier.
V Victory— I have been able to sell or lease 30 homes this year and currently have 5 in pending with more to come!
I My inherited perseverance from my father— My father was always my role model who was a tireless worker and perfectionist.
N My newsletters— I send out monthly newsletters which provide me with exceptional
feedback and lots of new clients.
G Great collaboration from the real estate community— Which makes it simple to close deals and make networking connections.
