I did 6 CMA's in January alone! This means I received requests to provide a market analysis to a potential seller. I research the market and compile information regarding houses on the market in their area, pending homes and homes that have recently sold. I show it to them in an organized presentation where I also include my qualifications, background, marketing abilities and work ethic. I ensure them that they are in the right hands if they choose me as an agent and I will do everything I can to meet their expectations.
I also received phone calls and e-mails from individuals who have heard about me in some way, whether through a friend, co-worker, or through the Internet. Word of mouth is extremely effective and as I have realized, so is the Internet and social media. The more places my name and expertise appears, the more chances I have to obtain a serious buyer or seller. I will continue working hard to see results.
