Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel is Selling Selling Selling!

According to a BrokerMetrics study, Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel sold more Birmingham/ Bloomfield Homes than any other brokerage in town between 03/01/2009 - 02/28/2010. Not only more homes, but more $1,000,000+ homes!

Based on these statistics, I have been very busy since 2009 selling 24 properties and leasing 16. I currently have 9 properties pending.
